Rear bumper for E30 Mtech 2 Early model convertible 3 piece construction

Special 3 piece split Rear bumper for E30 Early model convertible with Mtech 2 body kit. This one is our new product that is a bolt on part on any Early model E30 convertible- none other Mtech2 bumpers will fit Early model E30 cars. This is because the side brackets from Late model will not fit n Early model E30.The 3 piece construction will allow you to save approx 700 USD on shipping costs as the package size decreases from approx fridge sized box to a violin sized box. The color of the part may vary.This is a brand new aftermarket part made from GFK with slightly elastic resin. As this is a replacement part professional paint prep and install (some sanding, priming, filling) is always needed.Mounting: Super easy mounting. You must remove your old US or Euro spec bumper. First you take the 3 bumper pieces and put them together using the inner flanges. Then use either Epoxy glue or body filler or rivets to assemble the pieces together. Alternatively you can fill the joint lines using body filler. These lines are barely visible and match the rear quarter panel / tail panel joint lines so they can also be left unfilled. Now you have a big single piece bumper. Now the bumper is ready to be installed on the car- use the included bolts to bolt the bumpers center part to the rear bumper brackets (you must also purchase standard Euro rear bumper brackets for Early model E30 from our shop). The bumper corners get bolted to the quarter panels using the included screws; rubber washers and body nuts.Now the bumper has been test fitted and you can now paint it.Fits: Any Early model E30 Cabrio / Convertible (1985-1990) US and EuroIf you need any other part (new or used or even custom) for your E30- please ask
