Rear bumper for E30 with Mtech 2 body kit. This one is the advanced version with removable tow hook covers and fixing points for side inner mounting brackets. The exhaust hole dimensions are the same as on the factory bumper- double exhaust tips fit without cutting. The color of the parts may vary.The set includes: Rear bumper Two tow hook covers Two retaining straps for the covers Washers for the side slider mounts Bolts for the side slider mountsThis is a brand new hand made aftermarket part made from Plastiflex (mix of multiple composite materials including carbon; kevlar and elastic resin). As this is a replacement part professional paint prep and install (some sanding, priming, filling) is always needed. The tow hook covers and their retaining straps are brand new original BMW parts.Mounting: Late model cars: Standard Late model plastic bumper needs to be removed. This new bumper fits on Late model standard bumper rebar. The sides of the bumper are secured to the fenders with our special slider brackets (sold separately HERE) or standard Late model plastic bumper inner brackets (they need to be removed from your plastic bumper). Please see the last pictures for reference. These slider brackets are bolted to the new bumper with 3 bolts each- please see the pictures.Early model convertible cars: Your chrome or US spec old bumper needs to be removed. It is recommended to use Late model rebar with its mounting brackets for easy install. The sides of the bumper are secured to the fenders with our special slider brackets (sold separately HERE) or standard Late model plastic bumper inner brackets (they need to be removed from your plastic bumper). Please see the last pictures for reference. These slider brackets are bolted to the new bumper with 3 bolts each- please see the pictures. Also slightly modified car side fender brackets from Late model E30 can be used. If you need these mounting parts- just ask as we do also sell them.Early model sedan and coupe cars: The same as the convertible cars with some exceptions: The bumpers arch ends will need to be slightly shortened for Early model sedan and coupe cars. Or the whole bumper needs to be moved slightly to the rear of the car to match the arches (different arch shape than Early model convertible cars) of the Early model cars.Fits: Any E30 (1987-1994) Late model US and Euro- direct replacementAny E30 (1982-1987) up to 1990 for Convertible US and Euro with modifications needed. This is considered as an “oversized” package and therefore in most cases it will be shipped from Europe with Fedex / TNT / DPD / EPG freight courier services as standard- the courier freight cost is already included in the price. The courier freight makes up a big portion of the total price.
